iovera° uses targeted cold to temporarily stop nerves from sending pain signals to the brain. Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Edgar walked attendees through how the treatment is used for knee osteoarthritis pain, how it may help patients who are having a knee replacement, and the earlier-stage research looking at other areas of the body, such as the foot and ankle, shoulder, and hip.
