Taping for Patellar Tracking Disorder

A special taping technique may help keep the kneecap in alignment. This can help reestablish normal movement and allow the muscles that hold the kneecap in place to redevelop properly. If taping seems to help you, your physical therapist can teach you the best way to tape your kneecap.
