Dr. Wallach is the spine specialist at the Anderson Clinic. He is an excellent surgeon with a welcoming and forthright manner. He responds effectively to questions and encourages his patients to consider alternative treatments prior to considering surgical options. The check-in process at their Arlington and Mount Vernon locations is easy and the staff is courteous and helpful. When my L5 disk flattened out and the nerves down my legs were being severely pinched, Dr. Wallach performed L5 fusion surgery to correct the problem. The surgical procedure went seamlessly and was very successful. The surgery was performed near the end of September 2025 and two months later I was walking with a normal gait, bending and stooping with no problem, and doing household chores. Dr. Wallach’s assistants, Karess Denny and Donna Palles, are very knowledgeable and nice to work with and my entire experience at the Clinic was very positive. I also had a very positive experience working with Stacy Diamonds and other staff members in their physical therapy group. I highly recommend Dr. Wallach and the Clinic for anyone who needs spine care.

Dr Sershon and his team treated me with respect and dignity. Listening carefully to my concerns and answering all questions. I never felt judged or less than for being overweight. I flew out from Arizona to have bilateral hip replacements and I will recommend Dr Sershon and Anderson Clinic without hesitation. Excellent care.

I have used Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy/Mount Vernon for pre-surgery and after each of 2 total knee replacements. This PT group is fantastic. Stacy Diamonds (ok, bad pun coming--but, Stacy is truly a diamond!) and her team are skilled and encouraging, and my wonderful experience with them cannot be overstated. I worked with Destiny for most of my appointments, but I have worked with each of the therapists as well as each of the technicians and found each one to be attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. And Elsie, the scheduler, was a genius at finding appointments that worked for me. This is the place to go!

Dr. Wallach & his team did an excellent job. Top notch! I tried everything; PT, needling, ablation, acupuncture & steroid injections and finally had to consider surgery. The surgery result was what I hoped for. I've had no sciatic nerve pain down my legs from days one. Dr. Wallach is very experienced, personable, and makes you feel at ease. I am currently walking 5 miles/day two months after surgery and hope to get to my goal of running 5 miles/day (RWR), and run the Army 10 Miler again.

Many people, perhaps even you reading this review, are considering back surgery because they are in pain and want some relief but are afraid to go under the knife. I was concerned about back surgery too. Exercise, physical therapy, medication, meditation, and steroid injections were unsuccessful in treating my pain. Walking a short distance was problematic. If you share these symptoms and are frightened about having surgery, you can get relief for your aching back pain. I eventually found relief at The Anderson Clinic with Dr. Corey Wallach who performed a laminectomy and fusion. While I experienced some minor setbacks in recovery, Dr. Wallach and his staff helped me through until my recovery was back on track and getting better each day. Relieving your pain will improve the quality of your life. My advice is simple—make an appointment, get an evaluation, discuss the options to relieve your pain, and if surgery is recommended for you, learn all you can about the surgery. Then get on Dr. Wallach’s surgery schedule. That was my plan for relieving my back pain. While nothing in life is guaranteed and there is risk with any surgery, Dr. Wallach and his staff will make every effort to ensure that post surgery will be better, your pain will be lessened or be gone, and most importantly, the quality of your life will be improved. Dr. Wallach and his staff will listen to you and guide you to make the best decisions for your health situation. They are a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring team. I consider them the best in their field in the DMV.

Dr. Sershon and his team are nothing short of outstanding. I underwent total hip and knee replacement operations in the last two years, both of which were very successful. I have now reclaimed my active lifestyle and only regretted that I had not done the surgeries years earlier. Dr. Sershon is a talented, responsive, and caring surgeon who clearly communicates what the patient should expect at each stage of the operation process. The pre- and post-operative instructions and care are designed with the patient in mind, ensuring concerns are managed with clear and thoughtful answers and comments. This communication style did much to assuage my concerns, which was very important leading up to the day of surgery. In short, I highly recommend Dr. Sershon and his team. The results of my operations were beyond my expectations.

Dr. Robert Sershon replaced my left hip and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I am pain free and enjoying all activities with no restrictions. Dr. Ryan Hubbard is exceptional. He is not only more than proficient, he actually listens to, and cares for his patients. He has provided me with excellent care. I highly recommend him.
